About the Activity:

Get embraced with Design thinking, one of the most powerful problem solving tools used by innovators across the globe. Design Thinking is a way of thinking and working that helps us to define and solve problems. It is a non-linear, iterative and human-centred process that helps us to reframe problems as opportunities. Learning design thinking at a young age helps us to develop a growth mindset and important problem solving, analytical and spatial thinking skills. This live simulation is a combination of  fun filled & step by step processes where participants start from scratch and end up building user centric product in less than two hours. This simulation, adopted from the famous ‘59 minutes design thinking challenge’ of D- school, Stanford University, California, United States.

Children (13-17years of age) are taken through a high powered time based structured simulation of reimagining simple products of daily use by going through stages of design thinking
